Larger oversized items may use FedEx Shipping which takes 4-5 days.

Canada

Orders take 1-2 days excluding customs delays.

Orders shipped to Canada are subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping/handling StreetDirtTrack.com charges do not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by the company delivering the order.

If you do not see a shipping option, it may be because you have a Drop Ship or Over-Sized Item in your cart. For orders shipping outside of the United States, the shipping can vary widely depending on region and address. For this reason, we ask that you contact us to place an order.

If your order contains multiple kits, try placing separate smaller orders for them. This may cut the shipping by half.

We have a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee after you receive the kit. If you do not like it for any reason, please contact us and you can return it for a full refund or exchange it with another kit of equal value.

After 30 days: all returns will be accepted and a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.

After 60 days: all returns will be accepted and a refund will be issued minus a 50% restocking fee.

After 90 days: all returns will be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Shipping will only be refunded for manufacturer or product defects for returns within the first 30 days.

Please contact us first if you do wish to return an item to receive a return authorization. Any items returned without a return authorization will not be valid for a refund.

The ride height of each vehicle varies with each make and model. To level your vehicle, you need to first figure out the current height of our front and rear. Measure from the center axle to the top of the wheel well. Now subtract the lower measurement from the higher measurement and this number will tell you what lift kit to purchase.

Example: If the front height is 18" and the rear height is 20". 20-18=2". So you would need a 2" front leveling kit to level out your vehicle.

Sometimes, the spacer thickness is less then the advertised lift due to the motion ratio of your vehicle. Most lift kits are designed on the principle of motion ratio, so even though the spacer is small, it will give you a full amount of lift. The way this works is once you install the spacer, it will be changing the angle of the lower control arm, steepening the angle, and that will account for the additional lift, so once you install it you will see the full amount of lift height.

This has to do with the factory rake of your vehicle. The rear lift is higher than the front for factory models. So our full lifts kits allow you to level out your truck making it look much better.

No. All of our blocks are designed to replace your factory blocks.

Our suspension lift kits are designed and tested to work with factory suspension components ONLY and should never be used on any vehicles with a suspension lift kit already installed. However, our suspension lift kits can be used in conjunction with a body lift.

SDT Leveling and Lift kits are designed to work with OE suspension components, so extended shocks are not required to get the kit installed and achieve your lift.

However, vehicle manufacturers recommend replacing shocks or struts at 50,000 miles. So if your vehicle is past this, or getting close to, it may be in your best interest to replace them at the time of installation.

In addition to this, while not required, extended length shocks will allow the suspension to articulate more and provide the most benefit from your new lift kit.

Street Dirt Track kits are designed to work in conjunction with factory components. your ball joints will still function properly once the kit is installed.

SDT Leveling and Lift kits are designed to work with OE suspension components, so nothing else is required to get the kit installed and achieve your lift.

Other aftermarket products such as control arms, or extended travel shocks can allow the suspension to articulate more and provide the most benefit from your new lift kit. Again though, they are not required.

We provide a transferable Lifetime Unlimited Warranty on all Street Dirt Track branded products

Street Dirt Track's Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or any product that has been: altered, abused, installed on an application that the product was not advertised for, installed incorrectly, or used in any racing/competition applications. Furthermore, the limited Lifetime Warranty is only valid on the parts that came in the original purchased kit*** and does not extend to the rest of the vehicle or surrounding parts.

Street Dirt Track's limited lifetime warranty is only valid on parts that came inside of the original purchased kit and only guarantees those parts to be free from manufacture and material defect.

Most of our products do not affect your factory warranty because there are no permanent modifications to your vehicle. Dealerships in certain regions have their own policies when it comes to vehicle modifications covered under factory warranty. We always recommend that you check with your local dealership about whether adding any Street Dirt Track product will void your warranty.
